This Kachina is one of several credited with bringing abundant summer growth to the corn crops on the Mesas, fashioned after the original Route 66 Kachinas sold in the Harvey Trading Posts during the 1960s and 70s. Hand carved from wood by Grace Pooley. Grace is sister to the late George Pooley who was very well known for originating this style of Kachina. Approximately 4 1/2 inches tall.
