Long Hair Maidens are one of the most prominent of all Kachinas dancing from the Rio Grande to the Hopi Mesas. Its purpose is to bring the precious gift of rain to the life sustaining crops. Hand carved by Robert Henry of the Navajo Tribe. Approximately 16 inches tall.
