Colorful Quality Hand Etched Horse Hair Decorative Navajo Wedding Vase
The wedding vase is a symbol of unity between a bride and groom. It is an ancient vessel still used in traditional Native American wedding ceremonies. One spout represents the husband and the other spout represents the wife. The looped handle represents unity achieved with marriage and the space created within the loop, represents the couple'scircle of life. Hand painted and etched by Sylvia Johnson of the Navajo Tribe.
