A symbol of hope, the white buffalo is an American bison possessing white fur, and is considered sacred or spiritually significant in several Native American religions; therefore, such buffalo are often visited for prayer and other religious rituals. By Kelly Lementino of the Zuni Tribe in New Mexico. Approximately 1 1/4 inches tall and 1 1/4 inches long. Hand carved from natural White Marble found on the Zuni Pueblo. Eyes are inlaid with turquoise.
